Role & responsibilities

Purchase Incharge

Ensure stock availability, optimum space utilization, and analyze top selling & slow moving SKUs
Vendor relationship management, negotiation for schemes, offers, and promoter placement
Accuracy of stock take, avoid loss of sales, control pilferage, customer convenience & service
– Timely debit clearance and coordinate vendor payments with HO
– Statutory compliance, maintain registers, and ensure process audit completion
– Prepare the vendor schedule and plan dispatches to enable smooth stock take
– Conduct the floor walk with operations to check availability, visibility, timely refilling, and competitor benchmarking
