Role & responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate report preparation as per TAT/PSD and client standards
• Coordinate test results and data collation for report finalization
• Conduct training, assessments, and skill development for team members
• Monitor and train new/existing staff as per buyer and in-house standards
• Perform audits on test methods, ensure SOP adherence, and drive corrective actions
• Support operations in resolving non-conformances and implementing preventive measures
• Establish recent standards and enhance laboratory testing capabilities
• Ensure accuracy in testing and resolve internal/external technical queries
• Assess team knowledge through evaluations and ensure continuous learning
• Support customers in interpreting test results and resolving failures
• Coordinate customer visits for technical issue resolution




• Follow up on corrective actions from internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with regulations, buyer specifications, and reporting standards
• Implement Lean/6 Sigma practices to reduce errors and improve efficiency
• Promote knowledge sharing, teamwork, and a high-performance culture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence

Qualification: BE/BTech/Diploma in Textile Technology / /BSc

- Excellent Technical knowledge & Business Acumen
- Effective coordination and communication abilities both with clients and team members.
