Job Summary

The opportunity: Senior Manager role focused on driving delivery improvement across delivery lifecycle for sizable Managed Service deals. Is responsible for driving margin improvement and value creation through assess, plan and implement phases of the improvement activities.

Responsibilities

- Drives margin improvement through the end-to-end Technology Transformation.
- Promotesuse ofthe solution standardsacross AI & technology,processand people assets
- Improvesoperational performance by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Leadstechnical delivery improvement teams
- Providestechnical leadership and guidance throughout the improvement process.
- Developsandmaintainsstrong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients,account and engagement leadership, and internal teams.
- Works closely with Technology Transformation Leads, SR Solution GTM leads and Solution Owners to provide solution level improvement recommendations (which will enhance solution roadmaps)
- Assessesclient/engagement current state and defineimpactful transformation plan to achieve desired business outcomes
- Achieveskey stakeholder buy in including clientfunctional leadersto execute the change plan




- Evaluatesand selectsappropriate methodologiesfor standardization and operational performance improvement.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology,Engineeringor a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
- 15-22years of experience in delivery improvement or a related field.
- Proventrack recordof driving margin improvement through automation and AI.
- Experience working withManaged Servicesandtechnologysolutions.
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing role is preferred.
