Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage debt collection processes to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts from customers.
- Identify and prioritize high-risk accounts, developing strategies to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes related to collections.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the NBFC industry.
- Solid understanding of collections process, including legal procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
