Position Title: Senior Associate Merchandising Store Allocation SIS

Reports to: Assistant Manager Merchandising (SIS)

Location: Bengaluru

Position Summary:

The Area Retail Associate (ARA) supports the Area Sales Manager by ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and sales performance across multiple PUMA SIS in a designated region. This role acts as a bridge between store teams and area leadership, helping drive store execution, training, and compliance.

- Visual Merchandising
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Training & Team Development

Key Performance Indicators:

- Net Sales
- Brand Ranking at SIS doors
- Brand Desirability, Store Hygiene, Store Operations
- Training scores, Product Knowledge
- Up scaling Existing Space allocation




- Current locations in premium Doors

Organizational relationships:

- Internal: Puma Corporate team, Merchandising/ Trading, Projects, Training and HR
- External: : SIS Distributor & Team and Store/SIS Owner, Dept/Floor Manager.

Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required:

- 2-5 years in retail operations.
- Experience handling multi-store/SIS/LFR or supervisory retail roles is an advantage.
- Field-based rolerequires daily/weekly travel across assigned stores.
- Flexible hours, including weekends and retail peak seasons.

Education

- Graduate (Preferred: Business, Retail, Marketing).
