Roles and Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, restores, and updates to prevent downtime or data loss.
- Provide technical support to users through phone calls, emails, or in-person visits.
Job Requirements :
- 5+ years of IT Experience in GMP setting in Pharma companies
- Strong knowledge of installation procedures for desktops/laptops/servers.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common hardware/software problems using logical reasoning skills.
