Job Summary

The PMO Lead is responsible for establishing and managing the Project Management Office, ensuring effective planning, execution, governance, monitoring, and successful delivery of organizational projects.

Qualifications Experience

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management or related field.

- 5 years of project management experience with 35 years in PMO team.

- PMP/PRINCE2/MBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Governance Standards

- Establish PMO governance, standards, templates and best practices.

- Drive process improvements and PM methodologies.

- Project Execution Monitoring

- Plan, monitor and deliver multiple cross-functional projects.

- Track timelines, budgets, risks and resource utilization.

- Stakeholder Reporting Management

- Coordinate stakeholders and conduct project review meetings.

- Prepare dashboards,



MIS reports and executive updates.

- Documentation Closure

- Maintain project documentation and closure reports.

Skills

- Project Governance, Portfolio Management, Agile/Scrum, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Leadership, Communication, MS Project, Jira, ClickUp, Power BI, Excel.

KPIs

- On-time delivery, budget adherence, resource utilization, stakeholder satisfaction, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

Selection Process

Written tests and interviews at the Bengaluru office.
