- Key Responsibilities:Conduct engaging and interactive virtual training sessions for recent hires and existing employees.
- Deliver training on Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products and processes.
- Provide detailed knowledge of banking products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Train candidates on sales techniques, customer acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling.
- Conduct online product, process, sales, and communication skills training.
- Develop and deliver training presentations, learning materials, assessments, and online training modules.
- Conduct virtual role plays, mock sessions, quizzes, and knowledge assessments.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Identify training gaps and provide suitable training interventions.
- Ensure trainees are well prepared to handle customer queries and banking-related processes.
- Maintain training attendance, assessment scores, performance reports, and training records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and management teams to improve training effectiveness.
