About the ProcessWe are hiring Business Development Managers for Google's Paid Advertising Project – Goldie Process.

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting assigned SMEs, merchants, and business owners and helping them onboard to Google Ads. The objective is to help businesses improve their online visibility, increase customer reach, and generate new prospects through paid advertising.

Each merchant will start with an initial advertising budget of ₹5,000, with the BDM responsible for explaining the solution,



completing the onboarding process, and ensuring successful campaign activation.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned leads, SMEs, merchants, and business owners for client meetings.
- Identify business requirements and recommend suitable Google Ads solutions.
- Educate merchants on the benefits of Google Ads, online visibility, and digital customer acquisition.
- Handle the complete client onboarding process, including documentation, account setup, and campaign activation.
- Generate recent business and achieve assigned monthly sales,
