Job Title -- Customer Support Associate (Domestic Voice Process)

Location -- Karuna Pride, Falnir Rd, Bendoor, Mangaluru, Karnataka 575001

Salary -- Rs. 20000 - 25000 / Month

Qualification -- 12th Pass or Above

Eligibility --

- 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate

- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

- Fluent in Tamil or Malayalam

- Basic computer knowledge

- Should not be pursuing regular education

- Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice calls

- Provide appropriate resolutions and maintain service quality

- Update customer information accurately

- Meet quality, productivity and customer-service targets
