1. Able to weld stailness steel & aluminum & exotic alloys using TIG & MIG / MAG process
2. Interpret technical drawings schematic drawings & welding skills
3. Able to adjust welding equipment's & select tong stone electrodes
4. Able to judge finish weld for defects & measure for parts accuracy
5. Follow shop safety
6. competent to perform welding in all positions
7. process a positive working knowledge of all welding procedures & applicable equipment's
8. perform welding activities with minimum instructions & supervision
9. cooperate & communicate well with coworkers support staff & others
10. open to learn new methods & design as we custom build for our clients
11. prefer to have experience in ASME pleasure vessel manufacturing
