AskMeOffers is looking for talented Software Engineers with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work on AI systems, including training, evaluating, improving, and integrating AI/ML models.

- What You Will Work OnBuild software and infrastructure for training and evaluating AI models.
- Work with datasets used for AI/ML training and experimentation.
- Develop tools and automation for model training, testing, benchmarking, and evaluation.
- Analyze model outputs and identify opportunities to improve quality and accuracy.
- Build APIs, backend services, and data-processing pipelines supporting AI applications.
- Experiment with different models, prompts, datasets, and evaluation techniques.
- Debug complex technical and data-related problems.
- Optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to bring AI-powered features into production.
- Explore new AI technologies, frameworks, and approaches.

You should have:

- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Positive problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++,



JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C#, or similar.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, APIs, databases, and software design.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Curiosity about AI, machine learning, and modern technology.
- Ability to independently investigate problems and develop practical solutions.
