Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, TDS, invoicing, banking transactions, reconciliations, and maintenance of financial records.

The ideal candidate should have positive practical knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, MS Excel, and general accounting procedures and should be capable of independently managing routine accounting activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries
- Prepare and issue sales invoices, debit notes and credit notes
- Maintain proper records of purchase and expense bills
- Perform bank reconciliation and regularly verify ledger balances
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and carry out periodic reconciliations
- Prepare and reconcile GST data for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable returns
- Assist with TDS calculations,



deductions and return-related data
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers and supporting records
- Handle e-invoicing and e-way bills, wherever applicable
- Coordinate with CA/auditors for GST, TDS, income tax and audit requirements
- Assist in preparation of monthly MIS and accounting reports
- Verify expenses and maintain petty cash records
- Assist with monthly and annual closing of accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of all accounting records
- Required SkillsGood working knowledge of Tally Prime
- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS
- Good command of MS Excel
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience with bank and ledger reconciliation
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to independently manage routine accounting work
- Good communication and documentation skills
