- Visit customer sites to diagnose and fix solar plant issues — inverter faults, wiring problems, generation drops, panel or connection faults
- Perform quick in office repairs and minor part replacements
- Carry out routine maintenance checks and panel cleaning
- Respond promptly to customer service complaints and resolve issues on the same visit where possible
- Check earthing, AC/DC connections, and safety compliance during visits
- Report recurring or major issues back to the office for follow-up
