The Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, leading the team, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage the store team.
- Drive daily and monthly sales targets and store KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards of coffee, food quality, hygiene, and store presentation.
- Manage inventory, stock, wastage, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare staff rosters and monitor attendance and performance.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in QSR, café, restaurant or hospitality.
- Robust leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving attitude.
