FitZone Gyms is looking for experienced, energetic, and result-oriented Center Managers to manage our growing network of fitness centers across Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have experience in gym/fitness center operations, sales, team management, customer relationship management, and achieving business targets.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the fitness center.
- Drive membership sales, personal training sales, renewals, and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage Personal Trainers and other gym staff.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
- Handle member queries, feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Focus on member retention, engagement, and overall customer experience.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospective members.
- Ensure proper utilization of the gym, equipment, and facilities.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly center performance reports.
- Coordinate with the FitZone management team for business and operational requirements.
- Support local marketing and promotional activities to generate new leads.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve center performance.

? Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Gym / Fitness Center Management, Sales, or Operations.
- Experience in the fitness industry is preferred.
- Robust sales and target-achievement mindset.
- Good team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.




- Ability to handle multiple operational responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of gym operations and fitness services.
- Energetic, confident, professional, and well-presented.
- Comfortable working with monthly targets and performance-based incentives.
