? Urgent Hiring: PhonePe Field Sales Executive (No Monthly Targets!) ?

We are hiring 12th-pass candidates for the position of Field Sales Executive. In this profile, there are NO monthly sales targets. You only need to maintain a simple daily performance point score!

? Daily Point System (Super Easy to Achieve):

You only need to achieve a total of 10 Points Daily from the field. Points are calculated as follows:

? Per QR KYC Done = 2 Points

?️ Per Service/Issue resolved = 4 Points

? Per Soundbox Installation = 5 Points

(Example: Just 2 Soundbox installations OR 5 QR KYCs completes your entire day's target!)

? Job Advantages & Compensation:

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹24,000 / month

Fuel Allowance: ₹4,000 to ₹4,500 / month

Mobile Allowance: ₹300/ month

Incentives:* Up to ₹20,000 / month based on extra points

Leaves: Every Sunday OFF + Festival Holidays

Leads: 10 to 15 verified merchant leads provided by the company daily.

?Eligibility:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass

Requirements: Personal Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) + Android Smartphone mandatory

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
