- Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized service advice for their two-wheelers.
- Service Consultation: Listen to customer concerns and explain required repairs, maintenance schedules, and the cost breakdown for services.
- Job Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Job Monitoring: Track the progress of each vehicle’s repair and service, ensuring all jobs are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Vehicle Inspection: Conduct a preliminary inspection of vehicles and collaborate with mechanics to diagnose issues.
- Documentation:



Prepare detailed service reports, job cards, and invoices.
- Customer Updates: Communicate with customers regularly to provide updates on vehicle status, estimated completion times, and any additional repairs needed.
- Sales of Services & Accessories: Promote service packages, extended warranties, and accessories to customers.
- Follow-up: Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any feedback.
