FABRICATION DESIGN & SITE ENGINEER

Role:

To prepare accurate fabrication drawings, coordinate with the workshop team, and ensure fabrication and installation are executed as per drawings and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare fabrication/shop drawings in AutoCAD

- Create 3D models in SketchUp

- Understand SS/MS fabrication and detailing

- Visit sites for measurements and inspections

- Coordinate with architects, clients and site teams

- Check workshop fabrication as per drawings

- Identify and resolve fabrication/site issues

- Prepare revised drawings based on actual site conditions

- Ensure accuracy, quality and proper execution

Qualifications & Skills:

- 3–7 years relevant experience

- Strong AutoCAD & SketchUp skills

- Practical experience in SS/MS metal fabrication

- Good knowledge of fabrication, welding, joints and fixing details

- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings

- Positive communication and problem-solving skills
