We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sanitary Ware Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The candidate should have good knowledge of sanitary ware products, strong leadership skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the overall operations of the showroom, including sales, inventory, and customer service.

Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Maintain attractive and organized product displays to showcase the latest sanitary ware products.





Provide expert advice to customers on product features, specifications, and installation options.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment, and manage inventory.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies.

Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and current products.

Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and implement strategies for improvement.
