? Job Role

We are looking for an Accountant cum DEO who can manage basic accounting activities along with regular data entry and record-maintenance work.

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day basic accounting activities.
- Maintain bills, invoices, vouchers and accounting records.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in Excel.
- Make purchase and sales entries.
- Maintain and update ledgers and other account-related records.
- Assist with basic bank reconciliation and payment-related records.
- Prepare daily/monthly reports as required.
- Maintain and organize documents and files.
- Coordinate with internal teams for bills and required documents.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of Accounts & DEO work.





? Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
- Positive numerical and typing accuracy.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to handle both accounting and data-entry responsibilities.

? Candidate Profile

- Candidates with relevant Accounts + Data Entry experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good basic accounting knowledge and Tally skills may also be considered.
- Candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented and willing to handle multiple day-to-day tasks.
