Job Role

Dhruvanth Solutions is looking for energetic and responsible HR Recruiters to handle end-to-end recruitment and support the company’s manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, WhatsApp and other job portals

Make recruitment calls and explain job openings clearly

Schedule and coordinate interviews

Conduct initial candidate screening

Maintain daily recruitment and interview reports

Follow up with selected candidates until joining

Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets

Coordinate with Branch Heads and Management regarding manpower requirements

Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

Support onboarding and joining formalities

Candidate Requirements

Qualification:



Any Degree / MBA HR preferred

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Valuable communication skills in Telugu & English

Basic computer and Excel knowledge

Good convincing and interpersonal skills

Target-oriented and responsible attitude

Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Experience

0–3 Years in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Salary

Best in the Industry + Performance Incentives

Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
