Position: E-Commerce Manager

Reporting To: Founder / CEO

Experience: 3–6 years in E-commerce / Marketplace Management, preferably Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care or D2C

Employment Type: Full-time

JOB PURPOSE-

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management, growth and profitability of OLAMOR across all online sales channels.

This is a revenue and ROI-driven role.

The person will be responsible for ensuring that every platform is:

Live → Optimised → Visible → Converting → Profitable → Scalable

The candidate will manage and improve performance across:

- Shopify / OLAMOR website
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Nykaa
- Myntra
- Other marketplaces
- Quick-commerce platforms, wherever applicable
- New e-commerce platforms as approved by management

The person must take ownership of sales, conversion, marketplace visibility, advertising ROI, catalogue quality, inventory availability, customer experience and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. PLATFORM MANAGEMENTManage OLAMOR's complete presence across all e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities include:

- Create and maintain seller accounts
- Maintain product catalogues
- Product listing and optimisation
- Product titles
- Product descriptions
- Bullet points
- Product specifications
- Ingredients and claims
- Product images
- Videos
- A+ / enhanced content wherever applicable
- Pricing
- Offers
- Coupons
- Discounts
- Bundles
- Product variations
- Product categorisation
- Search keywords
- Backend search terms
- Brand stores
- Product visibility
- Platform compliance

Ensure that 100% of active products are correctly listed, available and optimised.

2. SALES & REVENUE OWNERSHIPThe E-Commerce Manager will have clear monthly sales targets.

The responsibility is not simply to maintain platforms.

The person must actively drive:

Traffic → Conversion → Orders → Revenue → Profit

Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly e-commerce sales targets
- Develop platform-wise sales plans
- Identify high-performing products
- Identify low-performing products
- Improve conversion rate
- Increase AOV
- Increase repeat purchases
- Develop product bundles
- Develop cross-selling opportunities
- Improve product visibility
- Increase organic marketplace sales
- Improve paid marketplace sales
- Prepare monthly growth plans

3. ROI & PROFITABILITYThis is one of the most important responsibilities.

The candidate must understand ROI, ROAS, CAC, contribution margin and profitability.

For every advertising campaign, the candidate should know:

- How much was spent?
- How much revenue was generated?
- What was the ROAS?
- What was the CAC?
- Which product generated the revenue?
- What was the gross margin?
- What was the contribution after advertising?
- Should the campaign be scaled, optimised or stopped?
- The candidate must NOT measure success only through:Impressions
- Clicks
- Reach
- Traffic
- Followers

The primary objective is:

Profitable Revenue Growth.

4. MARKETPLACE ADVERTISINGManage and optimise advertising campaigns on platforms such as:

- Amazon Ads
- Flipkart Ads
- Nykaa Ads
- Myntra Ads
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads in coordination with the digital/performance marketing team

Responsibilities:

- Campaign creation
- Keyword research
- Product targeting
- Competitor targeting
- Sponsored product campaigns
- Sponsored brand campaigns
- Retargeting
- Budget allocation
- Bid optimisation
- Search-term analysis
- Negative keyword management
- Campaign optimisation
- Daily monitoring
- Weekly reporting

The candidate must continuously identify:

Which campaigns are making money and which campaigns are wasting money.

5. PLATFORM-WISE ROI MANAGEMENTPrepare a monthly performance report for every platform.

- Search-ranking tracking
- Category optimisation

Track important keywords and monitor ranking changes.

9. COMPETITOR ANALYSISConduct regular competitor analysis.
