HRM is looking for a proactive, organized, and experienced professional to join our growing team in Jalandhar, Punjab.

? Position: Sales Manager (Export)

? Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

?Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 based on performance + Perks

? Location: 70-L Mall Road, Model Town, Opposite Akal Eye Hospital, Jalandhar, Punjab – 144003

? Work Mode: On-Site | Full-Time

? Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Drive export sales and achieve business targets

• Build and maintain solid client relationships

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow





• Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities

• Maintain office records, documentation, and reports

• Supervise support staff and improve team productivity

• Ensure a professional and productive work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales

• Preferred age: 26–40 years

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong organizational, negotiation, and client-management skills

• Self-motivated and results-driven approach
