About the Organization

The Leprosy Mission Trust India (TLMTI) is one of the oldest and largest NGOs in India transforming the lives of people affected by Leprosy since 1874. We work with individuals and communities disadvantaged by leprosy, irrespective of caste, creed and religion, by addressing their physical, mental, social and spiritual needs to uphold human dignity and eradicate leprosy with 15 hospitals and other facilities spread out in the 9 states in India.

Requirement

We are looking for dedicated and energetic tele-caller, to be a part of Resource Mobilization team. The job would be to interact with the potential individuals to seek their support in achieving the TLMTI’s projects goals.

Job Summary (Tele-caller)

Responsibilities and Duties

As representative of TLMTI, you will raise monetary support for TLMTI by engaging people in telephonic conversations.

- Responsibilities & DutiesMake outbound calls to existing and potential donors to raise financial support for TLMTI’s programmes.
- Explain TLMTI’s work, projects and impact in a easy and convincing manner.




- Build a positive relationship with donors and motivate them to contribute regularly.
- Follow up with interested supporters and maintain proper records of calls, commitments and donations.
- Achieve assigned daily, monthly and fundraising targets through effective telephonic communication.
- Ensure professional, polite and ethical communication with all donors and supporters.
