Site Supervisor –

Key Responsibilities

Daily supervision of all site activities

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC and other vendors

Check quality, finishing and workmanship at every stage

Take and verify site measurements

Monitor material delivery, storage and usage

Ensure work is completed as per the project schedule

Maintain daily site progress reports

Coordinate with the Project Manager and client representatives

Identify site issues and resolve them promptly

Ensure proper sequencing of different activities

Check levels, alignment, dimensions and installation details

Minimise material wastage and monitor site resources

Ensure workers follow safety and site regulations

Coordinate inspections and rectify defects/snags

Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping at site

Track pending works and follow up with respective teams

Ensure final finishing and quality before handover

Maintain proper documentation of site activities and measurements
