Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and improve overall operational performance.

- Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
- Maintain accurate and updated databases and records.
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy.
- Use Excel and other analytical tools to analyze business data.
- Create and maintain MIS reports and performance reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand data requirements.
- Present data-driven insights to management.
- Support business teams with data analysis and reporting requirements.

- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, charts,



etc.).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization and reporting.
- Valuable understanding of data management and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.

- Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline / Any Degree Completed
- Candidates with a background in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related fields will be preferred.
