Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, documentation, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive understanding of HR processes and employment practices.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selections.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities, onboarding, and induction programs.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly payroll processing and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Handle employee queries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.
- Organize employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports as required.
- Manage exit formalities, full-and-final coordination, and employee documentation.
- Support HR audits and other administrative activities.
- Required SkillsGood verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Basic understanding of payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
