We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller Sales Executive to join our IDFC Personal Loan Process. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining personal loan products, generating leads, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.

Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loan offers.

- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the loan processing team for application verification and approval.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads,



and customer details.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; English is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales-oriented and confident personality.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
