Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, Academic Counselling or Customer Service

Age: 18–32 Years

Gender: Male & Female

Language: Kannada & English – Fluent

Requirements:

- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Positive counselling and negotiation abilities
- Sales and target-oriented approach
- Experience in handling leads and customer interactions

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students
- Explain courses and career opportunities
- Counsel students and parents
- Generate, follow up and convert leads
- Update CRM records and achieve conversion targets

Shift: Day Shift

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed

Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 In-Hand

Incentives: Performance-based
