We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, and building long-term relationships with customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up with potential clients through calls, leads, references, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and investment objectives.
- Explain real estate projects, locations, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct site visits and client meetings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead stATUS
- Convert qualified leads into successful bookings and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated about market trends,



property developments, infrastructure, and competitor projects.
