A leading perfume manufacturing company based in Borivali, Mumbai is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Skilled to join the team.

## ? Job Description / Core Responsibilities

* Recruitment: End-to-end sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

* Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, engagement activities, and workplace culture.

* Operations: Managing daily attendance, leave tracking, and maintaining employee databases.

* Compliance: Assisting with basic labor law compliances and factory/office regulations.

* Performance: Coordinating the annual and probationary performance review processes.

## ? Candidate Profile

* Experience: 3 to 7 years in core HR operations (Manufacturing background preferred).

* Education: Must be a Graduate in any stream (Specialisation in HR is a plus).

* Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).
