Key Responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Open and close the outlet, manage billing/cash counters, and ensure smooth counter service.

- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor daily fresh chicken stock, track inventory levels, minimize wastage, and place timely purchase orders.

- Quality & Hygiene Control: Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards for meat handling, cutting equipment, and display counters

- Staff Supervision: Train, schedule, and supervise counter staff, butchers, and cashiers to maintain high productivity and service standards.

- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, address feedback or complaints politely, and ensure repeat business. ]

- Sales & Reporting: Track daily sales, record digital/cash transactions (UPI/POS), and report performance or stock discrepancies to management.
