Position: E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive who can independently handle day-to-day marketplace operations, order processing, shipment creation, inventory coordination, and seller panel management.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Shopify and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Process marketplace orders and ensure timely dispatch.
- Create shipments, shipping labels, invoices, manifests and courier documentation.
- Create and manage Amazon FBA shipments, including carton details, box labels and shipment plans.
- Coordinate with warehouse/packing staff for accurate picking, packing and dispatch.
- Maintain and update inventory across marketplaces to avoid stock-outs or overselling.
- Monitor order status, shipment tracking, delivery issues and NDR/RTO cases.
- Handle returns, replacements, cancellations and damaged shipments.
- Coordinate with courier partners, aggregators and logistics companies such as Shiprocket/FedEx, as required.
- Manage product listings, pricing, stock updates and basic catalogue corrections.




- Monitor marketplace account health and resolve operational issues/tickets.
- Maintain daily records of orders, inventory, dispatches, returns and pending shipments.
- Coordinate stock movement to Amazon FBA/marketplace warehouses and fulfilment centres.
- Reconcile marketplace orders, shipments and inventory periodically.
- Assist with sale events, promotions and marketplace operational requirements.
- Ensure all orders are dispatched within marketplace SLAs.
- Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and preferably Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience creating FBA and self-ship/easy-ship shipments.
- Good knowledge of shipping labels, manifests, invoices and courier processes.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Positive understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple daily orders.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
