SITE VISIT COORDINATOR – REAL ESTATE

? *Location:* Pallavaram, Chennai

? *Experience:* 1.5 – 2.5 Years

? *Salary:* Up to ₹20,000/month

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Handle real estate leads and customer enquiries.

* Coordinate and schedule property *site visits*.

* Follow up with customers and improve site-visit conversions.

* Coordinate with sales and site teams.

* Maintain lead and follow-up records.

* Achieve daily/weekly site visit targets.

*Requirements:*

* 1.5–2.5 years of *relevant Real Estate experience*.

* Robust experience in *site visit coordination & lead follow-up*.

* Excellent communication and convincing skills.

* Target-oriented and proactive.

* CRM/Excel knowledge is an added advantage.

*Preferred:* Candidates with proven experience in *Real Estate Site Visits, Lead Conversion & Customer Follow-ups.
