Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and machinery at customer locations. The candidate should have positive technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, commission, and service equipment/machinery at client locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and mechanical/electrical issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Explain equipment operation and maintenance procedures to customers.
- Coordinate with the internal technical and support teams when required.




- Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
- Travel to customer sites as required for service and maintenance work.

Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in service engineering or maintenance preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems and tools.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
