Agustya Automobile Industry is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, organize, and analyze business data across our automotive manufacturing, supply chain, and sales operations. In this role, you will consolidate raw operational data, generate automated daily/weekly/monthly dashboards, and present key metrics to leadership to drive data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Collection & Consolidation: Gather and synthesize operational, production, inventory, sales, and supply chain data from multiple plant units and systems (ERP/SAP) into centralized trackers.
- Dashboard & Report Generation: Build, automate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and visual dashboards for senior management.
- Performance & KPI Tracking: Track core automotive KPIs—such as plant capacity utilization, inventory turnover, cycle times, dispatch accuracy, and vendor quality metrics.
- Data Integrity & Reconciliation:



Conduct regular audits on incoming data to eliminate discrepancies, standardise reporting formats, and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Process Automation: Streamline recurring reporting tasks using Advanced Excel macros, VBA, Power Query, or BI tools to improve bandwidth and turn-around time.
- Inter-departmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Sales teams to fulfill ad-hoc data requests.

Key Qualifications & Requirements·

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Technical Proficiency:

· Advanced MS Excel: Master-level proficiency in Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, and basic VBA/Macros
