Eligibility:

- Any Graduate with 1+ year experience / MBA Freshers
- Fluent Hindi & English
- Versant Level 4 required

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Robust relationship management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic analytical and MS Office skills
- Ability to manage accounts and achieve targets

Responsibilities:

- Manage Myntra seller/customer accounts
- Handle queries and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Track account performance and maintain reports

Work Details:

- Rotational shifts: 7 AM – 9 PM
- Any 9 working hours
- 6 working days + 1 rotational week off

Salary:

- MBA Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC | ₹20,000 Take Home
- Experienced: Up to ₹30,000 CTC | ₹25,000 Take Home
- Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,065
- Apprenticeship Stipend: ₹22,500–₹27,000/month
