Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our legal advisory services. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, client-handling skills, and the ability to explain complex legal processes in a clear and persuasive manner. This role requires proactive lead generation, client conversion, and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads for share recovery, IEPF claims, and physical share transfer services
- Explain legal processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and fees to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, intermediaries, and referral partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective follow-ups and negotiations
- Coordinate with legal, operations,



and documentation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions in CRM systems
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
- Handle client objections professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and sell legal and financial advisory services
- Target-driven mindset with excellent follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of capital markets, shares, and investor services (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in legal services, financial services, IEPF consultancy, or investment advisory
- Prior experience in handling high-value clients or legal advisory sales will be an advantage
