Key Responsibilities

- Approach and interact with potential customers at malls, petrol pumps, and open-market locations.

- Explain credit card features, benefits, offers, and eligibility criteria to customers.

- Generate leads and acquire recent customers for credit card products.

- Assist customers throughout the credit card application and documentation process.

- Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful applications.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

- Follow company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.

- Sales/credit card experience will be preferred.

- Freshers with good communication and a solid interest in sales may also be considered.

- Willingness to work in a field-sales environment.

- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
