Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site / Civil / Interior Engineer to supervise and manage construction and interior execution activities. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, contractor coordination, quality control, measurements, material management, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil, construction, and interior work at project sites.

- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and workers.

- Monitor manpower, materials, measurements, and daily work progress.

- Check the quality of civil and interior works, including flooring, plastering, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing works.

- Read and understand civil, architectural, structural, and interior drawings.

- Take site measurements and verify quantities and workmanship.

- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.





- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely solutions.

- Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.

- Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed within the scheduled period.

- Maintain proper site discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards.

- Coordinate with management regarding project progress, requirements, and site issues.

Requirements

6 Month to –5 years of relevant site/construction/interior experience preferred.

- Good knowledge of construction and interior execution.

- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an advantage.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong site-management and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage contractors and site workers.

- Willingness to work at project sites.
