- Key ResponsibilitiesReview and monitor CRM data, activities, and lead flow.
- Track and monitor leads to ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
- Identify data discrepancies and maintain CRM accuracy.
- Support the implementation and adoption of current tools and technologies.
- Assist teams with CRM-related queries and basic troubleshooting.
- Prepare basic reports and provide insights on lead and CRM performance.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and data management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
