About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will get hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, attendance, and day-to-day HR activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and campus hiring.
- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic communication.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
- Assist in joining formalities and documentation.
- Support attendance and leave management.
- Assist in preparing HR MIS and daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Assist the HR team in implementing company policies and processes.
- Perform other day-to-day HR and administrative tasks as required.




- RequirementsGraduate / pursuing graduation or MBA/PGDM in HR, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
