ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to drive property sales and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in real estate sales, a strong network, and the ability to convert leads into closed deals. Candidates must own a car, as the role involves regular site visits and client meetings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for residential/commercial properties

• Conduct site visits with prospective clients and present property options effectively

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and investors

• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Follow up consistently with leads through calls, meetings, and site visits

• Prepare and present sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights to management

• Stay updated on local real estate market trends,



pricing, and competitor projects

• Coordinate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and promotional activities

• Mentor and guide junior sales executives, where applicable

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in real estate sales (mandatory)

• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding real estate sales targets

• Must own a car for client visits and site meetings

• Robust negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Good knowledge of local property market, RERA guidelines, and documentation process

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work

WHAT WE OFFER

• Fixed salary of ₹40,000 - ₹55,000 per month based on experience
