Job Description – Physical Investigator (Food Safety & Hygiene)EATCLUB Pvt Ltd is looking for a Physical Investigator who will be responsible for conducting regular physical audits at assigned EATCLUB outlets and ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and operational standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned outlets daily as per the audit schedule.
- Conduct physical hygiene and food safety audits using the company app.
- Inspect kitchen areas for hygiene, cleanliness, food safety, and overall compliance.
- Capture and upload clear and relevant photographs as required during audits.
- Identify and highlight major/blunder hygiene and food safety issues.
- Coordinate with outlet teams to get identified issues corrected on the spot wherever possible.
- Ensure proper resolution and follow-up of critical observations.




- Complete all assigned audit tasks accurately and within the given timeline.
- Participate in additional hygiene and food-safety improvement activities assigned by the central team.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of audit findings.
- RequirementsBike and valid driving license are mandatory.
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel and conduct 6–8 hours of field visits per day.
- 1 week of compulsory training is required.
- Positive observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with outlet staff and management.
- Candidates with experience in Food Safety, Hygiene, Quality, Restaurant Operations, or Auditing will be preferred.
