Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Responsibilities

* Generate new leads through cold calling, references, networking, and other sources.

* Handle incoming leads and understand clients’ property requirements.

* Convert leads into customers through effective sales and follow-up.

* Make regular cold calls to prospective clients.

* Schedule and conduct property/site visits with interested clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

* Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversion.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



and sales activities.

* Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to closure.

Required Skills

* Minimum 2 years of sales experience

* Strong sales and negotiation skills.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Experience in lead generation and cold calling.

* Robust ability to convert leads into customers.

* Comfortable with conducting site visits and meeting clients.

* Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

* Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
