Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to counsel prospective students/candidates regarding our educational, healthcare, vocational training and certification programs.
The main responsibility is to follow up with leads, provide accurate course information and convert interested candidates into successful admissions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact and counsel prospective candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain courses, eligibility, duration, fees, certification and admission process.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain daily call, follow-up and admission records.
- Coordinate with the admission/academic team.
- Achieve assigned admission targets.
- Mandatory Performance RequirementMinimum 4 successful admissions per month is mandatory.
- The candidate must be capable of handling leads effectively and achieving the minimum monthly admission target.
- Additional admissions above the minimum target may qualify for performance-based incentives.
- Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month

- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is essential; basic English preferred.
- Confident, positive and target-oriented approach.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer/mobile knowledge.
- Telecalling, sales, counselling or admission experience will be an advantage.
