We are looking for an experienced IndiaMART Executive to manage customer inquiries, generate business leads, conduct product research, and handle client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily IndiaMART inquiries and leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Conduct product and market research.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the internal team.
- Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and basic reports.
- Handle communication with international clients when required.
- Support business development and sales activities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in IndiaMART handling, sales, or business development.




- Good knowledge of computers, internet, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong spoken and written English communication.
- Good research and data-handling skills.
- Confident in customer communication and follow-ups.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Professional attitude with the ability to work independently.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Location: Surat, Gujarat | On-Site
