- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to assigned leads
- Explain ipshopy.com services professionally
- Generate interest and convert potential leads
- Follow up with interested customers and sellers
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Record every call and follow-up accurately in the CRM
- Handle customer queries politely and confidently
- Submit daily performance reports to the team leader
- Eligibility RequirementsPrevious experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales or customer acquisition is mandatory
- Good Hindi communication and convincing skills




- Basic English communication skills
- Experience in lead conversion and follow-up
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Must be comfortable using CRM software
- Candidates residing in Delhi NCR will be preferred
