Job Description – Education Counsellor

Position: student Counsellor (Full-Time)
Work Mode: Work From Home
Salary: ₹18,000 Fixed per month
Weekly Off: Sunday
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel students and sell Vidyaa Vistaraa certification courses.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
* Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
* Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into paid enrollments.
* Maintain daily lead and admission records in CRM/Excel.
* Provide qualified guidance and excellent student support.
Performance Policy
* Minimum 2 hours of productive talk time per day is compulsory.
* Completion of the daily 2-hour talk time is mandatory to receive the full fixed salary of ₹18,000.
* Daily talk time and performance will be monitored through the calling system.
